Caring for your new lashes
For the next 48 hours:
• Do not get lashes wet for the first 24- 48 hours
• Avoid hot steam or sauna
• For longer lasting lashes, limit the use of running water directly on your lashes
• Avoid rubbing your eyes excessively
• Use water based eye makeup remover
• Do not perm your lashes
• Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler
• Do not pull on your lashes
EYELASH EXTENSION APPLICATION TIME
Application time can vary depending on the “look” you are trying to achieve. Please block 2 hours from your schedule for your initial application. On average a full set can take up to 1 1/2 hours.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelling/rescheduling for 2 or more people, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Clients who Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 12 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.

You will be required to pay cancellation fee before booking new appointment with us.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when they are receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes no child under the age of 12 may accompany and adult while they are receiving a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
